The Colonic Hydrotherapy Clinic is proud to offer a professional and supportive training pathway led by Lorraine Paxman, one of the UK’s most experienced and respected practitioners. With over 27 years of hands-on expertise and long-standing membership with RICTAT (the Register of Integrative Colon Therapists and Trainers), Lorraine brings depth, reassurance, and real-world understanding to every training session.
Our training is designed for individuals who want to develop both technical competence and therapeutic confidence. Lorraine’s approach blends evidence-informed practice, client-centred care, and clear ethical standards. Trainees learn not only how to deliver colon hydrotherapy safely and effectively, but also how to build trust, communicate sensitively, and support clients holistically.
Throughout the programme, participants are introduced to best practices in hygiene, equipment handling, consultation skills, and aftercare guidance. Lorraine’s decades of experience mean that each topic is grounded in practical examples, professional insight, and thoughtful mentorship. Small group sizes ensure personalised attention and plenty of supervised practice time.
As a RICTAT-affiliated trainer, Lorraine upholds rigorous standards of education and professional conduct. Graduates leave with the knowledge, awareness, and confidence required to begin their own journey in colon hydrotherapy — backed by guidance from a recognised leader in the field.
Whether you are starting a new career or developing your existing skills, training with The Colonic Hydrotherapy Clinic offers a supportive environment, expert instruction, and a commitment to excellence that reflects Lorraine Paxman’s distinguished 27-year career.
